General Instructions for PowerPoint Presentations:
When you click on a PowerPoint, a window will open up asking you if you'd like to open or save the PowerPoint.  If you just want to view the PowerPoint as an audience member would see it, click OPEN.  This will allow you to view it in the browser window.  However, you will likely wish to customize this PowerPoint to show your own audience.  To do this, instead click SAVE and a window will pop up asking you where you want to save it.  At this time, you can also give the PowerPoint any name you choose. After you've saved it, open that PowerPoint from the location in which you saved it.  It will then present as a PowerPoint document with accompanying notes for the presenter.  You can then customize it to suit the needs of your audience.
