A GO Center on the Web

Purpose:   Career centers act as the centralized location for housing career-related materials and resources.

A GO CENTER ON THE WEB
can be a supplement to a physical career center or can assist students in the career planning process while a career center is being created at the local school.  The virtual center also provides students the opportunity to access information that is readily available. This document may be downloaded for local use. The Georgia Department of Education has developed this list of Web sites that parents, students, and staff can use to explore the world of work and educational opportunities as well as other related sites.  Systems/schools can access this list in a downloadable format that can be added to the system/school Web site; they may add other links that the school/system has identified as useful.  It will be the responsibility of the individual school/system to update the list annually.
