The Common Application is the recommended form of 241 selective colleges and universities for admission to their undergraduate programs. Many of these institutions use the form exclusively. All give equal consideration to the Common Application and the college's own form.

Educaid provides excellent resources for students and parents regarding the financial aid process. It is a Web site that counselors/instructors can use to prepare for a financial aid night. The site offers three Power Points that can be customized to fit your level of expertise. A GREAT site!

FAFSA on the Web
This site will assist students and their parents in filling out the federal application for student aid (FAFSA). This is a form required for students who expect to receive federal student aid such as the Pell Grant and state funds such as HOPE. FastWeb is an excellent site to search for scholarships

This site focuses on career and postsecondary education/training information. It offers information on building resumes and financing options.
