What is a GO Center?

The GO Center is a place where young people and adults are able to explore the many and varied career opportunities, to learn about occupations consistent with his or her interests and abilities, and to seek out the best educational facilities and job information to meet individual needs and goals.  Along with videotapes, computer software, postsecondary catalogs and applications, the GO Center should include information on the military, apprenticeships, and special purpose schools such as Brown School of Court Reporting and Medical Transcription.  The center should be accessible to all students.
